In the largest of the transactions, Pittsburgh, PA-based Community Care Behavioral Health leases 7,031 sf on the third floor. The company is a state-owned, non-profit behavioral health management firm.
Beth Maggitti of Wayne, PA-based GVA Smith Mack represented Community Care. Taylor Young, VP of Conshohocken, PA-based Beacon Commercial Real Estate, represented the owner in negotiations for all three new tenants and was the sole broker in the other two transactions.
Falcon Consulting Group leases 2,445 sf on the third floor. It will relocate from offices in Glenmoore, PA in July. Pamas and Co. takes 1,510 sf on the first floor of the building and is relocating from space in Kimberton, PA this month.
Exton-based Interland Real Estate manages North Point. The four-story building was completed in 1991. It has suites ranging in size from 700 sf to 20,000 sf, according to Young.
