Another developer plans Holly Springs Road Industrial Park, a 3.2-million-sf facility at GA 82 and Interstate 85.
In Pendergrass, GA, REL Properties of Decatur, GA has paperwork filed for a 425-lot subdivision at Wayne Poultry Road and GA 129. Former State Rep. Scott Tolbert filed plans for a 150-home community at GA 332 and John Brooks Road. And near Jefferson, GA, developer Robert A. Bowman Jr. of Buford, GA, has completed conceptual plans for a 180-home subdivision on 182 acres at Brockton Loop and Orrs School roads.
