Arizin will focus on office owners and tenants in Chester and Delaware counties. Devine will be responsible for office clients in eastern Montgomery County and southern Bucks County.
Arizin comes from the New York office of USI Real Estate Advisors. Prior to his USI post, he worked in New York for Edward S. Gordon Co. When Insignia acquired ESG, his five-man team moved to G&E in New York. In 2000, he formed his own Internet company, which he left for USI four years later.
Devine joined the Wells Fargo sales team in 1989 and later held positions with its predecessors: Bell Atlantic, Finova, Greentree and Conseco. In his last position, he focused on the office equipment, telecommunications, information technology, automotive and security markets.
Plymouth Meeting, PA-based Kramont Realty Trust appoints Louise C. Jennings regional VP of leasing for 12 of the REIT's properties in Georgia and Florida. She has 20 years of experience in shopping center management, marketing, redevelopment and leasing with Prattville, AL-based Newton Co. and two companies she founded: Atlanta-based JP Properties Inc., and Real Estate Southeast LLC, which is based in Montgomery, AL. As a consultant to a Kramont predecessor company, Jennings had third-party management responsibility for many of the properties she will now be leasing.
