O.S. Realty Inc. of Florida paid $863,946 for 1.9 acres near Interstate 25 and County Line Road, near the Park Meadows Regional Shopping Center for the steakhouse. This will be O.S. Realty's 25th Fleming's restaurant in the US.
The restaurant features steaks, chops, fresh fish and chicken and sells 100 wines by the glass.
The restaurant will be one of the anchors on a site where seven acres are still available for sale.
Bill Woodward of Inverness Properties LLC represented the seller, Inverness Associates LLC, in the land transaction. Mary Beth Jenkins of the Laramie Co., and Phil Hicks of David/Hicks Brokerage, represented O.S. Realty.
