Indeed, there is only one pad remaining at the center at the southwest corner of Broadway and Mineral.
"The center is attracting very strong tenants, and it still has other opportunities for retail companies who are interested in the location," says David Johnson, of the Etkin Johnson Group, the owner of the center.
The Etkin Johnson Group has operated in Denver since 1981 and currently owns more than 5 million sf of commercial properties in the Denver metropolitan area. The company also currently has 10 hotels in its portfolio .
