The company didn't disclose the estimated aggregate value of the transactions or the average length of the leases. But area brokers familiar with both the Jacksonville and Orlando office markets tell GlobeSt.com that Flagler's 90-day activity has an estimated aggregate rent value of $23 million. The brokers based their estimate on an effective average rent of $18 per sf on average five-year leases.

The largest of Flagler's deals was the 67,694-sf lease signed by National Grange Mutual Insurance Co. of Columbus, OH. The tenant is taking the space in Building 300 at Deerwood North. In Building 200 at the same park, Daimler Chrysler signed a new lease for 23,063 sf.

At the 176-acre SouthPark Center in Orlando, Flagler leased a total 17,660 sf on three transactions.
