The building is being vacated, but will continue to be owned by the Ridgewood Corp., a supplier of plumbing and HVAC products in the tri-state area. The Harriman, NY-based company has 15 other locations in New Jersey and New York, and is shedding the space as excess.
Becoming available in the third quarter of this year, the building includes a 5,000-sf office component, as well as a retail showroom, according to Lundberg. The property, which is located near the interchange of Interstates 78 and 287, offers 21-ft ceiling heights.
