Also, consulting firm Grant Thornton re-upped for a total of 16,000 sf. The tenant was represented by Richard Baumstein of Cushman & Wakefield, while Alfieri was represented in-house.
In other transactions, consulting firm Tata America International, represented by JC Giordano of the Staubach Co., Murray Hill, NJ, signed a new lease for 5,500 sf at 70 Wood Ave. within MCC; Jesup & Lamont Securities Corp., represented by Studley, signed a new lease for 3,600 sf; and Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. renewed and America Pioneer Shipping signed a new lease for 2,000 sf each. The latter was a conversion of a sublease into a direct lease.
