Matt Selzer of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the transaction. The lease term covers a total of 11 years; however, further details of the signing were not released by the broker or by the Asbury, NJ-based Petrucci organization.

"We are ready to complete the complex data center fit-out using our design/build method," according to Jim Petrucci, president of the firm that bears his name. "There is still 26,000 sf available at 120 Belmont Dr. for immediate occupancy."

Besides its existing portfolio of 2.5 million sf of industrial and office space, Petrucci's current development projects include a 150,000-sf refrigerated warehouse facility in Hillside, NJ for Garguillo Produce.
