White spent the past 15 years with Swinerton Builders, 12 of them in its Denver office. He joined Swinerton in 1989 after six years with Nielson, Vasko and Earl, where he was a project manager.
Under his watch, White's local projects include the 1-million-sf Lucent Technologies Atlas project in Westminster; Homewood Suites hotels in Denver, Colorado Springs and Albuquerque; the ParkRidge Corporate Center in Douglas County; the Sun Microsystems office campus in Broomfield; the former regional office for American Century Investments in Douglas County; the US Space Command headquarters at the Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs; and the Beauvallon condominium project in Denver.
BYG's projects include the Diamond Lofts, Chamberlin Heights, City Park South Master Plan, the Colonnade Lofts, the Retreat at City Park South, the Dakota Lofts, Denver Square, Capital Grille, Colorado Ski and Golf stores, Joe Replin Building in Larimer Square, Silver State Lofts, Tower on the Park and Water Tower Lofts.
