Executive vice presidents Charles Fern and Joel Lubin of Binswanger/Klatskin put the deal together. The duo, which has chalked up more than four million sf in transactions over the past year, head the local office of the Teterboro, NJ-base Binswanger/Klatskin. Terms of the signing have not been disclosed.
"Automatic Distribution Services chose the facility based on its location in one of the state's most prominent industrial markets," according to Fern. "Its close proximity to many of the state's major highways perfectly meets our client's operational needs."
The building, which is owned by the Mack Co., is located just off of I-287 here. The space had been on the market for just over a year.
