Cary Krier will continue to work his old stomping grounds in the northeast Dallas corridor in a blending with new territories that include investment sales, Allen Gump, executive vice president of the industrial division, tells GlobeSt.com. Gump says the Dallas office fields a significant volume of clients from the Colliers' network so "it's important to have the right people in place" when the deals come along.

Krier was managing director for Bradford Cos. in Dallas. The firm's policy is not to comment about personnel who exit. In his career, Krier's transaction volume has surpassed 240 assignments of more than 13.5 million sf.

Colliers' industrial group in Dallas regrouped last month when the North Texas office merged with Corrigan Real Estate Services. Gump took the lead industrial job and turned over the main office reins to Mark Noble, Corrigan's top man. Gump is talking to a second potential hire, an associate-level job, for a seasoned team that includes Benton Rutledge, vice president, and Cash McCorder, associate.
