Southwest Solutions Group Inc. took down space at 4355 Excel Parkway with a seven-year lease, Randy Wood, marketing and leasing manager in Dallas for Chicago-based First Industrial Trust, tells GlobeSt.com. The 101,440-sf flex office building, with a 16,000-sf hole left to fill, carries a quoted rate of $8.50 per sf.
Wood says the firm occupies just under 10,000 sf at 3204 Skylane Dr. in nearby Carrollton. "It's a local credit company that has done real well and is growing," he says of the newest tenant for building owner, FR Development Services Inc. of Addison.
Tenant finish-out has begun. The plan is to turn over keys in late August or early September. Andy Kampen of Banner Commercial in Dallas represented the tenant.
