"It offered great visibility and was right in the heart of his customer base," he adds about an acquisition with Small Business Administration funding.
Ironwood Square, with about 80,000 sf of office condos developed by Shea Commercial, has strong visibility in the North Scottsdale submarket. Both phases recently wrapped up construction. Shea Commercial's in-house broker, Dave Roberson, steered the sale while Gupta and Bobby Ashhurst, also with Equis, negotiated for the buy side.
