Anchor tenants at Hartford Corners are Lowes Home Improvements and a ShopRite supermarket. Other tenants include BestCuts, Blockbuster Video, Chick Fil-A, Cingular Wireless, GNC, Grand Buffet, Hallmark, H&R Block, Lucille Roberts, Mandees, Quiznos, Pets Plus, Radio Shack and Wachovia Bank. Others are expected to be announced shortly, according to ARC to ARC president Robert J. Ambrosi.
