He was the sole agent in the Alloy Surfaces transaction. Last year his office negotiated a 10-year lease in the building for Germany-based Steinbeis in a transaction valued at more than $7 million.
Alloy, a subsidiary of UK-based Chemring Group, makes aircraft decoys of a proprietary material for military forces worldwide. It will commence operations here next month. Meanwhile, CBRE is marketing between 30 to 40 acres in the industrial complex for construction of up to 400,000 sf of custom office/industrial structures on a build-to-suit basis.
