The hotel at 1975 Bryant St. is exclusively being listed by Daniel Woodward and Grant Kalbfleisch, investment specialists with the local office of Marcus & Millichap. "This investment represents an opportunity to acquire a highly visible Downtown property with strong appreciation potential as the Denver economy begins to accelerate," says Kalbfleisch. He adds that the hotel's replacement value is far more than the asking price of $58,480 per room.
The hotel was built in 1967 and underwent a large remodel in 1998. It is not only close to Invesco Field at Mile High, but is minutes from Interstate 25, Six Flags at Elitch Gardens, Larimer Square, LoDo, the 16th Street Mall, ocean Journey and the Pepsi Center. And to the west is St. Anthony's Hospital. Many people visiting patients at the hospital stay at the hotel.
