The Florham Park, NJ-based Gale Co. was represented in-house by Justin Gingeleskie, vice president of leasing. Sun Chemical was represented by Jeffrey Heller of Cushman & Wakefield. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, however, space at 35 Waterview Blvd. is listed on the company's website at $26 per sf.
Sun Chemical's new location is a 172,313-sf class A building constructed in 1990. The site is near Route 46 and Interstates 80, 280 and 287 in Morris County.
