Real estate services firm Cassidy & Pinkard represented both the seller and the buyer. With the help of the state and local donors, Food Bank officials are spending $3 million more to outfit and build-out the property, which also came with an additional three-acre parcel.

Located at 2200 Halethorpe Farms in the Baltimore County City of Halethorpe, the Food Bank's new home is nearly 40,000 sf larger than its previous home, which was a 50,000-sf locale in the City of Baltimore. With the new facility, the organization will be able to store four times the amount of food, including perishable goods.
