David Simson, president of GVA Williams of New Jersey, Parsippany, acted as executive consultant and advisor to the tenant. Jerry Barta, vice president, and David Sanzari, CEO of the owner of the building, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, were that firm's in-house reps. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
"The tenant required additional space and developed both short-term and long-term business objectives from a real estate perspective," Simson says.
Founded in 1928, CSMF&L is one of the largest law firms in New Jersey with 85 attorneys. Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, which is headquartered at its Court Plaza here, owns and manages a portfolio of more than five million sf of commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use projects.
