Beaumeade Corporate Park owner Trizec Properties Inc leases space at the park for $6.50 per-sf. Trizec's vice president of leasing Eddie Trujillo and leasing associate Daniel Purrington facilitated the transaction and Chuck Kayser of Kayser Commercial represented the tenant.
Located off Route 28 and Waxpool Road within close proximity to the Dulles Greenway and Washington-Dulles Toll Road, Beaumeade Corporate Park was developed over a 10-year period beginning in 1990. With the signing of the lease, Turner Associates will leave behind its current home in Sterling, VA.
