The launch of Predium AsiaPac will result in 21 offices worldwide. Seth Weinstein, who founded Predium along with Mitch Wolff and Joe Owen, says 70% of Predium's clients are regularly doing business overseas, primarily expansions. "We anticipate with this alliance that we'll be able to earn their business overseas too," Weinsten tells GlobeSt.com.
Since its founding in fall 2002, Predium has grown to a staff of 25 with offices in San Jose and San Mateo, CA. All national accounts are managed from the Dallas headquarters at 4835 LBJ Freeway. Last year, the firm filed away 300 transactions and expects to do 400 this year, according to Weinstein.
The teaming will provide "a single point of accountability" and offer the only "tenant-based turnkey solution," AsiaPac International Inc.'s CEO J. Patrick Moultrup says in a press release. The US-owned and operated AsiaPac, headquartered in San Jose, has offices in 19 major markets in Asia and Latin America.
