The Parsippany, NJ-based Woodmont brings the local flavor to the development partnership with its portfolio of properties in Somerset, Morris, Union, Middlesex and Monmouth counties. The Bloomfield Hills, MI-based Pulte, of course, is a well-known national homebuilder.
