Developer Realty Capital Partners' Hidden Lakes Center will consist of eight buildings with 24,000 sf of retail space and restaurant pad sites and the balance built out in structures averaging 5,000 sf for general and medical office use. The build-out is estimated to take four years for the corner of Davis Boulevard and Bear Creek Parkway in Keller.
A Realty Capital spokeswoman says the general contractor and landscape architect has yet to be selected. But, the design is underway by CNK Associates Inc. of Grand Prairie.
Realty Capital Partners, headquartered in nearby Colleyville, is a recognized niche developer of suburban retail and office space, tailoring the designs to smaller users. Currently on the drawing board are two more projects for Colleyville and one planned for Colorado Springs, CO.
