The TIAA Real Estate Account paid $10.2 million for the building in 2001, then leased it to Mack Truck at $3.33 per sf. It was built by Atlanta-based IDI, developer of the Rock Run Business Park, near the I-80 interchange at Houbolt Road. Tenants in the business park include Madison Warehouse, a third-party food distribution company that leases 423,006 sf in two buildings.
