The seller was represented in the transaction by James Gunning of the Saddle Brook, NJ office of LJ Melody & Co., the real estate banking arm of CB Richard Ellis. CBRE's Thomas Reilly, meanwhile, represented the buyer.
The Tower, located at 270 Davidson Ave. just off of I-287, is said to be the tallest building in Central New Jersey's Somerset County. The property, which is zoned for office, lab and research uses, is currently 84% occupied. Major tenants include Lockwood Greene and Aon Consulting.
