"Almost five years ago when we broke ground for the SoccerPlex at this site, we envisioned a facility that would benefit all recreational enthusiasts in the County," Montgomery County Executive Douglas M. Duncan says. "With the construction now underway on the indoor swim facility, that vision is one step closer to becoming a reality." The Hughes Group Architects-designed facility is expected to reach completion in the fall of 2005.
