HomeGoods, a division of The TJX Cos. that sells home décor merchandise, will open its store in November. CB Richard Ellis' Joe Parrott represented Ryan Companies US in negotiations with Gary Greenfield of Metro Commercial, who represented HomeGoods.
"Shorewood Commons is located in an area that is experiencing a high volume of residential growth," Parrott says. "This location will be an ideal complement to HomeGoods' other area stores."
Also committing to space in the center are Portillo's Hot Dogs and Bank of America, according to CB Richard Ellis.
