The seller is 9 Law Drive Associates LLC, a local partnership, which repped itself in the transaction. Details of the sale, including the price tag, were not released, however, sources say Westgate at Fairfield likely trade for a number in the $10 million range.

"The building benefits from a great location," Simson says. "The property is easily accessible from most major points in the state." According to Levering, PSFCU plans to continue to occupy about half of the building, and will continue to lease out the rest of the space to other tenants.
