CB Richard Ellis' Keith Puritz and Brett Kroner represented Everpure Inc., in negotiations with Jeff Janda of Lee and Associates and Greg French of French Commercial Realty, who teamed to represent Muirfield Partnership, which has owned the building since 1997.
The lease follows other large deals in northwest DuPage County. Third-party logistics company Proactiv Solutions signed a 150,000-sf deal at 284 Lies Road in Carol Stream's Carol Point Business Center. Also in the Carol Point Business Center, CONAM Inspection signed a 20,128-sf lease at UBS Realty Investors' property at 899 Carol Ct., moving from 192 International Dr. in Glendale Heights. In Bloomingdale, Envision Graphics plans to relocate from Bensenville to a 40,000-sf warehouse at 225 Madsen Dr. in the Bloomingdale Corporate Center, a build-to-suit project by Atlanta-based developer IDI, Inc.
