Kanematsu USA will share the building, which is owned by local partnership WCA 100 LLC, with another Japanese company. The asset's co-tenant is Ogura Industrial Corp., a clutch manufacturer. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
The new tenant will use the facility for warehousing and distribution-related purposes. With its US headquarters in New York City, the company serves such business areas as information technology, electronics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, grains, aerospace and textiles. Kanematsu USA was represented in the transaction by Lou Belfer and Terry Armstrong of CB Richard Ellis.
