Sanair Products' lease, valued at $123,000, closes off 4,820 sf in the center. The local aircraft parts distributor relocated from a facility in nearby Mesa in order to take advantage of improved industrial amenities at 5456 E. McDowell Rd.
"This was a better building, offering more state-of-the-art features," says Marc Pierce of Lee & Associates Arizona in Phoenix."Actually, they picked up the same amount of space, this was just more efficient."
Little Guy Distributing Inc., also relocating from within Mesa, took 3,920 sf in the 32,000-sf building, completed in October 2003. The deal works out to 70 cents per sf for building owner, Mesa Industrial Center Complex LLC of Fountain Hills.
