Schoenberg, Peter Hamburger, Curtis Foster and Jon Meisel of C&W's East Rutherford, NJ office, and Bob Giglio of the firm's Manhattan headquarters, repped the tenant in the long-term transaction. Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association owns the building.
