The surgical center, OMX LP, is located at Hahnemann University Hospital and will relocate to its own first-floor and mezzanine-level condo in a former multi-tenant building that was recently redeveloped into office condos by locally based Diel LP. OMX paid $900,000.
Matt Frederick, VP of locally based Arden Real Estate Services, represented OMX in the transaction. Anthony Falcone of MS Fox Real Estate, also based here, negotiated for Diel. OMX has offices in Bryn Mawr, King of Prussia, and Collegeville, PA in addition to its Center City location.
Jason Court is a 15-unit, two-and-a-half-story brick building at 8732-54 Cottage St. in Northeast Philadelphia. It has recently undergone significant renovation and is 100% occupied. The selling price was $520,000. The local office of Marcus & Millichap was the exclusive broker for the seller and also secured the buyer, neither of which is identified.
