The owner of the 210,000-sf flex building, the Yonkers, NY-based AVR Realty, was repped by Weichert Commercial of Morris Plains, NJ. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The tenant, based at DFW Airport in Texas, is an aftermarket supply-chain services company for the aerospace, defense and marine industries, and a value-added distributor of new aviation parts. The company distributes products for more than 200 manufacturers and offers some 300,000 catalog items through its worldwide customer service centers.
