The seller, Runnemede Plaza Associates of Wayne, NJ, was represented by Joseph C. French Jr., of Sperry Van Ness, Irvine, CA. The buyer, Runnemede LLC of South Plainfield, NJ, represented itself. The offering generated about a dozen offers, according to French.

Originally built in the early 1960's and renovated in 1991, the one-building Runnemede Plaza sits on a 5.26-acre site near the New Jersey Turnpike in this South Jersey community. The center is currently 76% leased, with a tenant roster that includes a Sav-A-Lot Supermarket, Tutor Time, Dollar General and five smaller, local retailers.
