The courier service subleases a building leased to Illinois Tool Works Inc., a Fortune 200 company headquartered in Glenview, IL. Fricke, the tenant's broker, says the newly crafted deal with the delivery service runs for the balance of the multi-division industrial giant's commitment to the property owner, Don Conlin, a local investor from Dallas. Pat J. Haggerty of the Pat Haggerty Co. in Dallas represents Illinois Tool Works.
