David Simson, president, Robert Eisenberg, first vice president and Douglas Rowe, vice president of GVA Williams of NJ, Parsippany, represented the building's owner, Executive Park LLC. Salus was repped by Dan Lessing of MRH Real Estate Services, Lodi, NJ.
The signing represents Salus' second outpost on the East Coast. Earlier this year, the company took space for its initial eastern location in Short Hills, NJ, and is also expected to open a facility in New York City in the near future. Besides its home location in Beverly Hills, Salus operates a facility in Ohio, and is also targeting the Chicago area.
2 Executive Dr. is an 11-story, 360,000-sf office building near I-95 here. Major tenants include Tranzact Inc., Alpharma, Couristan Inc. and the US General Services Administration.
