Occupancy for the first 103 apartments at Longview Place will begin in September 2004, followed by full occupancy in the spring of 2005. The project's general contractor is Suffolk Construction while ADD Inc, were the architects. In 1998, Boulder, Suffolk Construction and ADD Inc, developed Cronin's Landing, another residential complexin Waltham.
Longview Place's master plan organizes three buildings around a central-landscaped courtyard. The complex features a screening room, a clubroom with dining room and game area and a caterer's kitchen.
