The White Plains, NJ-based GHP bought the three-story, class A building 18 months ago from United Water Co., which sold it as part of a larger disposition of its properties. The asset was approximately 85% leased when it changed hands, and the latest signings boost occupancy to the 95% mark. GHP hired G&E to market the building shortly after it changed hands.
"Currently, the building has approximately 6,400 sf of contiguous space available," according to Craig Fitzpatrick of Grubb & Ellis, which has its New Jersey offices here. "The space can be divided."
