Piper Jaffray, which recently became an independent company again after being part of U.S. Bancorp., says its commitment to contribute to charity 5% of its pre-tax earnings each year will once again make the firm a member of the Minnesota Keystone Program. The firm helped found the Minnesota Keystone Program decades ago.

Piper Jaffray operates through two primary revenue-generating segments: capital markets and private client services, with investment research supporting clients of both segments. Headquartered in Minneapolis, Piper Jaffray has about 3,000 employees in 111 offices in 23 states across the country and in London.
