Turton has also hired Rosemarie Caruso to head the new group with the title of managing director. Like the parent company, Turton Commercial Real Estate will have branch offices in Lacey, Manahawkin, Middletown, Ocean Twp. and Toms River, NJ.
Turton cites a "growing demand for more medical and professional services firms, retailers and financial services companies in the region, as well as businesses in the light industrial, health and wellness and hospitality sectors."
The target market for her new venture, according to Turton, includes small and mid-sized companies. Services will be provided to owners of commercially-zoned land, as well as office and retail space, warehousing and assembly facilities, mixed-use properties and hospitality/entertainment space.
