Pew's new digs are located in the Golden Triangle area of the city's central business district. Built 20 years ago, 1615 L St. boasts class A status and is home to such big-name tenants as international communications firm Fleishman Hillard Inc., which occupies 65,500 sf, and global communication consultancy APCO Worldwide Inc., which makes its home in a 51,500-sf space. Financial terms of Pew's lease have not been disclosed; however, Cassidy & Pinkard markets the space for $34 to $43 per sf.
