Samsung SDS Renews 20,000-SF Lease

Samsung was represented in the transaction by Paul March and John Oh of CB Richard Ellis' New Jersey office, Saddle Brook. The owner of the 160,000-sf office building, Madison Capital, was represented by David Simson, president, Drew Persson, first VP and Joe Boiseau, director of corporate services of GVA Williams of New Jersey, Parsippany.

Madison Capital, which recently bought the building, is in the process of instituting some improvements, according to Simson. 15 Corporate Place South was last upgraded seven years ago, when its common areas were renovated and its tech infrastructure and energy management system were improved. Corporate neighbors include Verizon, Siemens and Nomura.
