CB Richard Ellis' Paul Jacobs represented Cardiology Associates of Fairfield County, while Glenn Walsh of Cushman & Wakefield representing the building's owner, Ivy Summer Associates. "After a diligent search for space they could easily occupy as an ever growing medical facility, we recognized the 1177 Summer St. location as an ideal building that met all of our client's needs," CBRE's Jacobs says.
Cardiology Associates will move into the entire fifth floor of 1177 Summer St. The Stamford Executive Center consists of 1111 and 1177 Summer St. and totals more than 122,000 sf of office/medical space. Approximately 22% of the building complex's office space is available, according to CBRE. Other notable tenants at the center include Ernst & Young, Parker Global and Pavarini Construction.
