Both the initial sublease and the expansion were authored by Peter Rossi of Cushman & Wakefield of NJ. The sublessor is the Omnicom Group and the terms of the deal were not disclosed.

NPS develops and will shortly commercialize drugs for the treatment of metabolic, bone and mineral and central nervous system disorders.
