Brian S. Holder, former senior vice president of commercial real estate and division manager at locally based CNL Bank, is Unicorp's new chief financial officer. Holder previously was a senior sales executive for the central and eastern Florida division of Ohio-based Huntington Bank. He holds a BA cum laude in finance and management from North Carolina State University.
Aya Fagan comes to Unicorp from Boyd Development Co. of Orlando where she worked for five years in acquisition development and sales. Walgreens Co. and 7-Eleven Inc. were among her national clients. Fagan is a graduate of Rollins College, Winter Park, where she earned a BA in business communication. Fagan is Unicorp's director of development.
Lisa Earnhardt, general manager for the Executive OfficeSuites and soon-to-open Majestic Apartments of Baldwin Park, will oversee all sales and operations at Executive OfficeSuites of Baldwin Park. Earnhardt has seven years of executive suite industry experience. She wrote the business plan for the Baldwin Park center.
