Now that new ownership is in place, the two structures are in for a major multi-million dollar makeover, as well as a new name, Deer Park Professional Centre. Scheer Partners will take the helm in marketing space in the two buildings, which will ultimately offer class A office condominium space.
"There has not been a new office condominium project of this size and quality in the I-270 Corridor in the last decade," says Patrick Kelly, a senior sales associate with Scheer Partners. "From our experience, we have found that many small companies hope to own real estate, but are unable to because of a lack of supply in this market. We expect the property to be well received due to its location, architecture and the complete building renovations."
