MDC's William Martini will lead the leasing effort, while the firm's David Seeve will be in charge of managing the property. The 85,000 sf currently available is contiguous space.
"Given the flexible layout of this asset, together with its proximity to the airport and Port Newark, the building would work for a range of industrial applications from air freight to heavy manufacturing," Martini says. Within its portfolio of managed, leased and owned properties, MDC has the neighboring McClellan Distribution Center, which has BAX Global among its lead tenants.
