What the Rumson, NJ-based family partnership has in mind for the three-story, Downtown brick building, which totals approximately 30,000 sf, is a mix of deluxe apartments and penthouses on the upper two floors, and ground-floor, multi-tenant retail. Kislin's currently occupies the entire ground floor, and family members haven't ruled out a new, smaller Kislin's store as part of the mix. Plans still have to be finalized, but family members indicate that the project will take about 18 months to complete once approvals are in place.
